Best Solicitors are pleased to confirm that we are re-opening our Sheffield reception on 24 June 2020. We will now be able to offer face to face meetings where necessary.
We are ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and clients by offering an appointment only service.
Appointments that cannot be dealt with over the telephone can take place face to face at our premises by prior appointment only.
To help us manage this we will be keeping our office doors locked so we can ensure that there is only ever one client in our reception area at any given time. Appointments will be staggered to ensure that you do not come into contact with other clients or staff. You will only ever meet with the person with whom your appointment is with.
Please do not attend early for your appointment as you may be asked to wait outside.
When you arrive for your appointment, please press the bell to let us know you have arrived, the individual with whom your appointment is with will meet you and accompany you to an interview room*.
At the moment we cannot accommodate walk-ins, all attendances must be by prearranged appointment. This includes calling at the office with your ID. You can still drop documents at our office, when you attend ring the bell a member of staff will then attend at the door.
Unfortunately, we can no longer provide tea and coffee when you arrive. However, we are offering bottled water.
Lastly, we would ask that you attend your appointment by yourself where possible to ensure we are limiting the number of people attending at the office. (If you wish for someone to attend with you this must be agreed with us prior to attending)
We have followed Government guidance and carried out a risk assessment. We are continuing to ensure social distancing. Cleaning and hand washing is priority at Best and all surfaces will be cleaned prior and following your appointment to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
*Please note on arrival you will be requested to sign a disclaimer confirming you do not currently have any symptoms of COVID19. You will also be required to use the hand sanitizers and will be provided with gloves and a face mask.
