“Moving home at any time can be overwhelming for some clients but that’s why my team are here to make sure that the process is explained and are on hand during the course of your transaction to answer any questions you may have.
The experience is different for every client but my team ensure that the process is explained step by step. We have also invested in an online platform (available in the APP Store) which will give you updates of the key stages as they are reached and means that you have access 24/7 to the progress of your case. This has not been designed to take away the need to speak to the team, rather to ensure that clients have a platform which can be accessed outside of our core hours of business.”
